Kelvin Hu has over 25 years of experience in architectural design and has an extraordinary passion for pursuing excellent design. He has been involved in and led various large-scale projects in China and Asia, including industrial parks, super high-rise towers, luxury hotels, large urban complexes, urban planning, and cultural public facilities. He has extensive experience, coordination, and management skill in various sectors.

Spent many years of designing, Kelvin has conducted in-depth research and understanding of Chinese local culture, urban space, and architectural design system, particularly in the areas of super high-rise buildings, mixed-use public buildings, and industrial parks, where he has unique insights. His designs seek harmonious coexistence between architecture and the city. He excels at delivering a people-centric approach and fully expressing diverse cultural values. Kelvin is good at striking a balance and resolving conflicts in complicated projects. In addition, his mature leadership has contributed to the high-quality completion, many of which have received international renowned awards.

Being active in facilitating academic across different regions, Kelvin is a of City Chief Planner Committee and he is on the judging panels for the scholarship for the School of Architecture, South China University of Technology and School of Architecture and Urban Planning, Shenzhen University.

Currently, Kelvin is an Executive Director at Aedas, responsible for leading the design team and project management at the Shenzhen office. His iconic design projects include the Shenzhen Building Industry Ecological and Intelligent Valley Headquarters, Guangzhou Futures Industrial Park, Shenzhen Airport Training Base, Zhiliantai Bagualing Industrial Park Urban Renewal, Shenzhen HJ Land Xiyue Tower, Hengqin Science City Phase III, Zhuhai Xingge Centre, and Guangzhou Nansha Plot 12 mixed-use development.

CHEN Songlin, a seasoned curtain wall designer, has led multiple major projects from concept to completion. Expert in industry standards, he blends aesthetics, economy, and practicality to deliver high-quality solutions.

Shenzhen Construction Industry Eco-Valley Headquarters Base (Phase 1)

Shenzhen Construction Industry Ecological Intelligence Valley Headquarters aims to become a significant hub for the construction industry. To achieve seamless connectivity, the design employs cross-boundary thinking, introducing concepts of "Urban-Nature, Industry-Community and Future Integration". Inspired by mortise and tenon, the masterplan combines the industrial park and traditional Chinese aesthetics. A diverse and vibrant construction industry cluster grows naturally along the green carpet. 

This Valley is committed to a net-zero carbon sustainable development strategy, with extensive use of clean energy, more than 10% renewable energy, and an annual carbon sink of 15,000kgCO2.

The intelligent construction platform combines BIM and CIM technology, and MIC prefabricated design, to complete the comprehensive integration of truly green, healthy, carbon-neutral, and smart industrial and social communities.

The project highlights low-carbon technology and sustainability development, improving transportation and landscapes through comprehensive connections. It also incorporates green buildings and intelligent management systems, seeking new opportunities for the future construction industry.
